Testing and delivery

Before delivery, all units undergo an extensive testing process. Leak tests, pressure tests, and vacuum tests are conducted before operational tests take place. During the operational test, the actual operating situation is simulated as much as possible. Machines may be sent to areas with different voltages and frequencies or a different climate. To conduct tests as realistically as possible, PCT has a testing facility on-site in Deurne where the relevant temperature and/or relative humidity can be simulated.

Quality and operational reliability

By conducting these comprehensive tests, the quality and reliability of all units delivered by PCT can be ensured. Additionally, each machine is equipped with a CE marking, applied in accordance with the European Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment, also known as the PED directive.
